Accepting Returns
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all our jewelry, Items that have been worn, resized, or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation, as specified below.
Returning Your Item
Our jewelry is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a jewelry item to , follow the checklist below:
1. Contact email customer service for a Return Authorization Code.
2. Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials
3. Secure your jewelry inside the original jewelry box.
Make sure to include all packaging, including any protective wrapping.
4. Place it all inside a small cardboard shipping box.
Either use the shipping box you received with your original order or you can optain one from UPS or postal Service.
5. Write your Return Authorization Code on the box.
If you do not have a Return Label, just write the Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address.

7. Ship the item by registered U.S. mail or UPS, fully insured for the value of the item.
Please request a return receipt for your records. (Note: FedEx® will not insure valuable jewelry.)
We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within 5 days of this notification. (Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender.)
We will not refund any shipping costs, unless if the returned item is a result of our error. |
